You may hear people talk about more extension or more width in your swing. This is a great exercise that's going to help with that.

So what we're going to do is we're going to set up with the RMT Club, just like you would if you were taking a golf swing, and now we're going to shift and switch the hands [for non-dominant side training].

You're just going to take a backswing and what you're going to do is push with this bottom hand and you're really going to feel a stretch in that shoulder. Then we're going to go down, same grip all the way through and feel that same motion like you're pulling with this left hand, big stretch in the right shoulder.

That's going to give you more width and extension in your swing. That's going to add some more consistency and distance in the long run.
