Strong, stable shoulders are key in maintaining healthy shoulder function. Shoulder stability is particularly important in maintaining joint position and control during everyday movement and exercise.

SHOULDER FLUIDITY

Fluid shoulders are another key in maintaining healthy shoulder function. Shoulder Fluidity is particularly important in the function of our upper limbs during upper body movements that move to and from, or in and out.

Utilizing the features in the RMT® Club we can safely learn strategies of extending or casting the arms away from the body and cycling it back to us with minimal effort or fluidity.
