Rotation is the fundamental essence of human movement. This is the case whether you are rotating your torso to the right and left, walking, running or simply raising your arms. There are no straight lines in the human body - all joints articulate with some degree of rotation. It only makes sense that you should train your body to achieve its highest movement capabilities through Rotational Movement Training®.

Rotational Movement Training® (also referred to as RMT®) is designed to unify, strengthen, and balance the body while educating it to move smarter with greater efficiency and athleticism. The better integrated your body is, the more effectively you can express total body strength from your core throughout your entire body. This means your Base of Support (BOS) is better able to maintain the balance of your Center of Gravity (COG) enabling you to produce more powerful movement.  

RMT® makes use of specific training tools such as the WeckMethod RMT® Club and RMT® Ropes. Learning to manipulate these tools with bilaterally symmetrical patterns teaches you how to move your entire body with unity.  Every joint throughout your body’s kinetic chain must rotate with precise coordination to achieve the most productive outcome and these tools give you the essential feedback to ensure you reach this goal.
