What's going on guys, it's Tony Cress here. Today's move, what we're going to show you is the WeckMethod RMT (what we like to call) Fielder's Choice. This has to do with any sport that you're looking for, or any movement that you're looking for, to gain some agility within the hips, some quickness, like basketball, football, baseball, and you'll see why when we do the movement [Rotational Movement Training].

You're going to start like I do traditionally always: Right hand on top, left hand on the bottom. Make sure that's right below that seam. We're going to start loaded down in this squat 'here.' From this position, what we're going to do is turn the hips, and pop up into a batter's position. We come back down, pop the hips, ground ball. That's why we call this Fielder's Choice. We're 'here,' ground ball, pop up, batter. Pop back, pop up, pop back, pop up, pop back, up, back, up.

So, what we'll do, switch sides. The positioning of the club head, just like a baseball bat. So we're 'here,' here and ready, here. So, switch sides, switch hands. 'Here.' Pop up, (back), pop up, (back), pop up, (back), pop up.

That my friends will be great for change of direction, football, basketball, baseball, like I said.

Again, WeckMethod RMT: Fielder's Choice.
