What if your exercise equipment could teach you something you could use with every step?

How to feel more balanced. How to coordinate your hands and feet. How to create force, control it, and redirect it. How to bring your strength together when you need it.

That is the idea behind the WeckMethod All-In Pack.

Each tool gives your body a different kind of feedback. A rope reveals your rhythm. Shifting weight makes timing something you can hear and feel. Elastic resistance challenges your ability to organize pressure. A carefully shaped foot platform changes how you experience your connection to the ground.

Every tool is a teacher. And every teacher contributes to the same lesson: learning to move your body as one.

The All-In Pack brings together the BOSU® Elite, RMT® Club, RMT® Rope, ProPulse® Speed Trainers, a compact compression ball, WeckMethod resistance bands, and SoleSteps®.

Five of them are patented WeckMethod designs: the BOSU® Elite, RMT® Club, RMT® Rope, ProPulse® Speed Trainers, and SoleSteps®. The Limit Force Elastic® Ball and our custom resistance bands round out the set.

Together, they put the principles of WeckMethod into your hands—and under your feet.

The foundation: relate to gait

Three ways in, one lesson: every tool trains something you bring into gait.

At WeckMethod, we begin with a question: How does this relate to the way you move through life?

Walking, jogging, running, and sprinting all require you to coordinate your body as support transfers from one foot to the other. Your feet, hips, trunk, shoulders, and arms participate in that changing relationship.

Our training philosophy is to relate to gait: use exercise to develop strength and coordination that you can explore in your next step.

Head-Over-Foot is our simple coaching cue for organizing balance over the supporting foot. Coiling Core Training® teaches you to connect the positioning and movement of your shoulders, trunk, and hips as you load one side and transition to the other. These are central principles in WeckMethod’s approach to locomotion.

The goal is a core that can coordinate movement, manage tension, and express power through changing positions.

The All-In Pack gives you several ways to learn that coordination.

BOSU® Elite: learn center line strength

Compression: press into the dome and organize around it.

Press into the BOSU Elite’s firm, elastic dome and you receive a response you can feel.

Its reactive surface provides resistance as you compress it, creating the foundation for WeckMethod’s Compression Strength Training™. The dome and reinforced platform are designed for training that emphasizes resistance, pressure, and whole-body organization.

We use this interaction to teach center line strength: the ability to bring pressure and muscular effort together through the center of your body.

As you work through the prescribed positions, explore how the placement of your hands or feet changes the connection through your trunk. Where does your effort feel coordinated? Where does that connection become difficult to maintain?

The dome gives you something tangible to work against while you find those answers.

That lesson becomes useful throughout the pack. You can bring the same intent into a band exercise, a club movement, or a standing position on SoleSteps.

RMT® Rope: learn rhythm and continuity

The rope traces the path your hands create.

The RMT Rope makes your movement visible.

As you practice figure-eight patterns and alternate between sides, the rope traces the path your hands create. Your challenge is to coordinate that path with your shoulders, trunk, hips, and feet.

WeckMethod’s rope training uses rotational patterns to develop coordination and integration throughout the body.

A smooth sequence gives you something to recognize and repeat. A disrupted sequence gives you something to investigate. You can slow down, adjust your timing, and explore how much effort the pattern actually needs.

This is movement practice that rewards attention.

The repetition, rhythm, and changing directions invite you to become absorbed in the task—the experience people often describe as finding their flow.

Within the All-In Pack, the rope establishes a movement vocabulary you can revisit with different forms of resistance. Learn a continuous pattern with the rope, then explore related coordination with the RMT Club.

RMT® Club: learn to guide, stop, and redirect force

Shifting weight: guide it, stop it, redirect it.

The RMT Club adds an essential lesson: the weight inside the tool moves, too.

Its flexible head contains shifting weight. As you move the club and change direction, that internal movement produces feedback you can hear and feel. WeckMethod uses this feature to teach changes of direction, rhythm, and bursts of effort.

That creates two complementary opportunities.

You can practice guiding the club through smooth, continuous patterns. You can also practice deliberate stops and redirections, learning to organize your body around the changing load.

Both matter. Athletic movement asks you to produce force and manage what happens next.

Your hands initiate an interaction that your shoulders, trunk, hips, and feet must coordinate. Alternating sides gives you a chance to recognize differences and develop skill on both.

The club builds on the rope’s lesson in continuity while adding a more pronounced demand for controlling momentum.

ProPulse® Speed Trainers: learn the pulse

ProPulse Speed Trainers in use: striking, then running.

ProPulse Speed Trainers bring shifting-weight feedback directly into your hands.

Their internal load produces a dynamic response and an audible rhythm, giving you information about the timing of your movements. That combination is central to their design.

WeckMethod emphasizes purposeful pulses of the arms: timed downward and upward actions coordinated with the rest of the body. The Double-Down Pulse™ is one expression of that approach.

With the ProPulse Speed Trainers, you can listen to the rhythm you produce and feel how a change in hand action influences your overall coordination.

Together, the RMT Club and ProPulse Speed Trainers support WeckMethod’s approach to upper-body, open-chain plyometric training: appropriate drills that challenge rapid loading and redirection while the hands move freely through space.

We train these actions with connective tissue recoil in mind—the coordinated loading and release of the body’s elastic tissues. The training aim is to connect the hands and arms with the trunk and lower body so that quickness becomes a coordinated action.

The rope teaches continuity. The club adds momentum control. The ProPulse Speed Trainers sharpen your attention to the pulse.

The mini compression ball: make connection portable

Compress the ball, connect through the center. Here, on the BOSU Elite.

The compact compression ball brings another form of elastic feedback into the system.

Sold on the WeckMethod website as the Limit Force Elastic® Ball, it can be inflated for use and deflated for travel. Its size allows compression training in a variety of positions and combinations with other tools.

The lesson is simple: create pressure, then organize your body around it.

As you compress the ball in an instructed exercise, explore how the pressure connects with your shoulders, trunk, and stance. Small changes in position can make the exercise feel very different.

The BOSU Elite gives you a larger surface for compression work. The mini ball lets you explore related principles with a compact tool you can keep close at hand.

It makes focused practice easy to include in your day.

Limit Force Elastic® bands: learn to sustain purposeful force

Hold the position; the band keeps asking.

Stretch an elastic band and you create resistance that pulls back toward its resting length.

You now have a clear task: organize your body to meet that resistance.

WeckMethod’s Limit Force Elastic training uses both stretching and compression. Its programming includes short isometric efforts intended for priming and longer holds used to develop strength in particular positions.

We describe the demand of elastic resistance as urgent: while you hold the position, the resistance continually asks you to maintain your intent and connection.

The bands let you explore this demand through different directions and joint positions. Coiling Core Training brings a specific purpose to that work, connecting the position of the arms and shoulders with the trunk, hips, and feet.

The bands also complement the compression tools. You learn to organize force while pressing inward and while pulling outward.

The common lesson is coordinated tension you can recognize, sustain, and apply.

SoleSteps®: learn from the ground up

Step on and pay attention: four points, different heights.

Your feet are where the system meets the ground.

SoleSteps use a combination of slopes created by four points at different heights. This geometry changes how pressure is distributed beneath your feet, encouraging loading toward the outer forefoot while maintaining contact across the foot.

In WeckMethod practice, their purpose is educational.

Step onto them and pay attention. How does the position influence your feet, knees, hips, and upright posture? Step off and explore what you can carry into standing and walking.

We use SoleSteps to help people recognize foot loading and practice resisting premature inward collapse.

The objective is a lesson you can take with you: greater awareness of how your foundation influences the organization of your whole body.

SoleSteps begin that conversation from the feet. The rope, club, and ProPulse Speed Trainers approach it through the hands. Compression and band training connect those experiences through the center.

How the teachers work together

Club + BOSU® Elite
ProPulse Speed Trainers + SoleSteps®
Bands + compression ball
Bands + BOSU® Elite
Two teachers at once: every clip pairs two tools from the pack.

The value of the All-In Pack becomes clear when you carry a lesson from one tool to the next.

Start by exploring foot pressure with SoleSteps. Practice organizing pressure through your center with the BOSU Elite or compression ball. Use the bands to reinforce a position with purposeful tension.

Then bring those connections into motion.

Find a comfortable rhythm with the rope. Explore the control of shifting weight with the club. Practice the timing of your arm pulses with the ProPulse Speed Trainers.

Finally, set the tools down and walk.

Notice your balance, rhythm, and sense of effort. Those observations help you decide what to revisit in your next practice.

This is the practical synergy of the pack: each tool gives you another way to understand and practice a shared movement principle.

You can work with one tool at a time, build a sequence, or incorporate individual exercises into an existing workout. The pack includes instructional videos to help you begin.

Bring the whole system into your training

One session, one space, every tool.

Whether your goal is athletic performance, a more engaging home workout, or greater confidence in everyday movement, the All-In Pack gives you a connected way to practice.

You have tools for rhythm and tools for resistance. Tools that challenge your timing and tools that sharpen your awareness of position. Opportunities to develop both sides of your body and bring those lessons into the way you move.

Start with a simple pattern. Learn to recognize its feedback. Build from there.

Every tool is a teacher. Put the teachers to work together.
