Linking with the Weck Method team in-person has changed my ability in understanding the "Intent" behind Davids teachings. 

As a Pro MMA fighter with 10 fights, Brown Belt in jui jitsu + Amature National Champion Belts in Muay Thai & K1 i was have been able to implament the Weck Method practise into so many aspects of my sport but also my movement in my dail life has improved.
