*This event is intended ONLY FOR individuals how have or will have completed either the Live or Online - Rotational Movement Training Instructor Course (RMTS) prior to attendance*
*The Venue is in the basement of the chase bank building. The entrance is on the east side of the drive up banking. Stairwell will take you straight to the gym. Parking lot on site.*
The WeckMethod Qualification Course (WMQ) is a 2 Day In Person Intensive that will futher your understanding and application of the Weckmethod Concepts and Principles.
We will heavily pursue Rotational Strength, Power, and Fludity Training using the RMT® Club as a primary tool in navigating movement expression and the near endless possiblities of carry over to other tools including handweight like dumbbells and kettlebells.
We will deepen your understanding of the Torsional Principles of Internal and External using the Bosu® Elite as the perfect compliment in implementing this concepts effortlessly into your own or your clientelle movement practice.
The 2 days will be pack with innovative thought, movement expression, skill development, programming and application. All with the end goal of helping you beome the best coach you can be and help others to get more carry over to the goals they want to achieve including: Athletic Performance (Land, Air, or Sea), General Health and Wellbeing, and current or even future fitness modaltiies you passionately explore.
*Completion of this event will also Qualifiy for the opportunity to become a Master Trainer and Host your own RMTS Courses and help lead the Future of the Fitness Industry*
*Each participant will receive manuals and access to an online trainer portal following the event. WeckMethod equipment willvbe available to purchase at a VIP savings at the event. Equipment included: BOSU Elite and 4lb RMT Club *unless noted otherwise*
Refund Policy: In the event that WeckMethod would cancel an event for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the participant. WeckMethod is NOT responsible for any other expenses the participant may have incurred. All of WeckMethod's live events are non-refundable unless approved by WeckMethod's program coordinator. Any request for cancellation must be submitted to the Program coordinator at least 14 days before event date by calling 619-222-2604 or email info@weckmethod.com. A $100 cancellation fee may be applied to any approved cancellations.
