The BOSU® Elite Live Instructor Training Course teaches you the key essentials needed to effectively and properly use the BOSU® Elite's high density dome and design features to achieve maximum results both athletically and aesthetically. This course teaches you the "must haves" including the most efficient and effective exercises as well as new training concepts so you can get the most out of your BOSU® Elite training.

The BOSU® Elite Live Instructor Training Course runs approximately 6 hours with breaks for snacks and lunch. Each participant will receive course manual, certificate of completion, access to premium content, and an opportunity to purchase equipment at a special discounted price.
